Trucklink EU further expands it Renault Fleet with new T-Range Turbo Compound tractor units

Trucklink EU has taken delivery of a further four Renault T-Range Turbo Compound tractor units reinforcing its commitment to becoming a fully Renault powered fleet. Operating from Glenfield, Leicestershire, Trucklink EU specialises in palletised freight distribution. The company reports significant fuel savings in the new trucks thanks to Renault's advanced Turbo Compound technology.

Nigel Todd, Managing Director of Trucklink EU said: "We are really pleased with the new trucks and we're already seeing a 10-15% improvement in our fuel economy. "I went to the Renault factory in Lyon and was so impressed with the development and research they are putting into meeting the 2030 clean air regulations. We could see they wanted to work with us to get us where we need to be when these changes come in, and eventually, we want to be a complete Renault fleet - from 3.5T to 44T."

Supplied by Hexagon Leasing, the new trucks are DVS compliant and are equipped with advanced features including satellite navigation, comfort seats, and Renault's Optifleet system, designed to optimise fleet performance and reduce operating costs through real time date insights Steve Johnson, National Accounts and Business Development Manager at Hexagon Leasing said: "Our long-standing partnership with Trucklink EU is built on understanding their operational and business needs.
