Bennie Equipment Ltd has announced its third acquisition of 2025, welcoming Eastern Forklift Trucks (EFL) into the Bennie family of companies. The addition strengthens Bennie's growing footprint across the East of England, with EFL operating from branches in Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough, and Great Yarmouth. Founded over 13 years ago, Eastern Forklift Trucks has built a strong reputation as a trusted Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) specialist, providing tailored forklift and warehouse solutions across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Norfolk.

Like Bennie Equipment, EFL shares a commitment to customer service excellence and raising industry standards. This acquisition follows Bennie Equipment's recent purchases of Len Griffiths Forklift Services in February and Milton Keynes Forklifts in March 2025--further advancing its strategy of rapid expansion and market consolidation within the UK MHE sector.
