Source Signs up with Octopus Electroverse

Octopus Electroverse agreement is latest move by Source to make EV charging "smarter, faster, and truly customer centric" The newest player in the EV infrastructure charging market, Source, has partnered with Octopus Electroverse, Europe's largest consumer EV charging platform, to ease access to Source's rapidly growing network of ultra-rapid charging hubs. Users of Octopus Electroverse will now be able to locate Source's UK-wide hubs on the Electroverse charging map and easily start a charge through the app, making the process of charging quicker and simpler for Electroverse customers.
Source plans to deliver 300 new ultra-rapid hubs across the UK and Ireland by 2030 and to reshape the EV charging experience, making it smarter, faster, and truly customer centric. Source is partnering with roaming providers to allow customers to choose how to start a charge, and access a range of options that suits their needs. Drivers can also use a Source hub by downloading the new SourceConnect app which allows users to locate available charge points in real time, start a "Pay as You Go" charge simply by scanning the QR code at the charger and track their charging session live within the app.
New features under development include enhanced tools for fleet operators, and bay booking options. From cutting edge interfaces and contactless payments to round-the-clock customer service, Source hubs are built for simplicity, reliability, and speed. Powered by renewable energy, along with unparalleled technology from TotalEnergies and the latest market-leading infrastructure from SSE, every charge is designed to be as clean as it is convenient.
