Lorry driver on M6 near Preston nearly 3x drink-drive limit

Police stopped the HGV on the M6 near Preston at around 11.30pm last night (April 7).
No damage or injuries were sustained in trying to bring the vehicle to a stop.
A police spokesperson said: “Stopping a 44-tonne HGV can be difficult on the motorway.
