Scots drivers facing travel chaos on M74 as multi-vehicle crash sparks delays
DRIVERS are facing travel chaos on a Scots motorway this evening after a multi-vehicle crash sparked huge delays.
The M74 at junction one near Polmadie[1] is shut due to a collision on the southbound carriageway.

Traffic Scotland camera show tail backs at Kingston Bridge
Motorists are being directed away from joining the M74 from Glasgow[2] City Centre as emergency services[3] lock down the area.
Traffic[4] Scotland confirmed it is a multi-vehicle crash at J1-1a Polmadie (Southbound).
They advised drivers[5] to use alternative routes if possible.
The agency said there is 45 minute delay to pass through the junction.

Scottish Fire[6] and Rescue[7] Service confirmed they are in attendance at the scene.
A spokesperson for SRFS said: “Two appliances have been sent to the incident.
“Firefighters[8] have been involved in making the scene safe.”
