A 6.5-acre slice of an industrial estate is up for sale for ?3.2 million, with the possibility for development. Two lots, currently used to store lorry trailers, in the Link Park extension of Lympne Industrial Estate, near Hythe, have gone on the market.
Planning permission was previously granted to construct industrial units for 'employment development' on the land. Both lots can be bought together for ?3.2 million, or separately.
Estate agents Sibley Pares says: "Plots 20 and 30 Link Park are situated on Lympne Distribution Park within 2.5 miles of J11 of the M20 motorway. "The site comprises two plots, which could be separately offered but combined provide 6.535 acres of yard with development potential, having outline planning for industrial development."
