M60 traffic live as motorway blocked in BOTH directions with police responding to incident

The M60 motorway is blocked in both directions this evening (March 19) due to two separate ongoing incidents, Inrix reports. The traffic monitoring service said that all traffic is being temporarily held on the clockwise carriageway from junction 27 (Portwood Roundabout) to junction 3 (Kingsway) due to a police incident. And the anti-clockwise carriageway is also partially blocked with queuing traffic due to 'animals on the roads' between junction 23 (Ashton[1] under Lyne) to junction 22 at Failsworth[2].
