The property in Skelton, which has been vacant since 2023, consists of two detached industrial units set over two storeys. The total floor area is 13,781 square feet. There are service yards to the north and west of the units, with loading doors opening onto the main estate road.

According to alisting, the site lies approximately 10 miles south of the UK's largest freeport.
