M60 delays RECAP: Traffic chaos at Trafford Centre following ‘serious’ incident
There has been long delays on a busy motorway tonight with the road blocked near one of the country's biggest shopping centres. Traffic was backed up by the Trafford Centre following an incident on the M60. The anticlockwise carriageway is at the standstill, with queueing traffic near J9 for the A5081 Park Way.
It is reported there has been a collision with motorway cameras showing significant congestion. National Highways said all lanes are currently closed.

According to live traffic service Inrix, the M60 has now reopened. But there are long delays this evening.
The update read: "Queueing traffic due to earlier accident on M60 anticlockwise at J9 A5081 Park Way (Trafford Park)."
