M62 blocked near Bradford and traffic due to obstruction

The Telegraph & Argus's traffic page said the carriageway is "partially blocked" with "slow traffic due to an obstruction on the road". A motorist caught in the congestion earlier said all three lanes were at a standstill. Meanwhile, three lanes are closed on the southbound carriageway of the M1, between junction 40 and junction 39 due to a crash.

Lanes one, two and three (of four) are the ones shut.

This is causing slow traffic in the area.
