M25 traffic RECAP: Driver dies after horror lorry emergency with delays for MILES
A lorry driver has died on a major motorway[1] which forced it to be closed causing major delays today. The man is understood to have had a cardiac arrest[2] while driving on the M25 which led to traffic being stopped anti-clockwise near Egham, Staines, between Junction 13 and Junction 12, at 3.50pm. Paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) attended.
A spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a lorry driver in cardiac arrest on the M25 near to Junction 12 at Egham. Ambulance crews were joined by the Fire & Rescue Service at the scene. Sadly, despite the best efforts of everyone involved, the man died at the scene."

It read: "Traffic is stopped in both directions on the #M25 within J12 #M3 due to a Police Led Incident. @HeathrowAirport Emergency services are on scene. There are currently delays of 60 mins anti-clockwise and 20 mins clockwise."
