Woman suffers serious injuries in A47 lorry crash
Officers were called to the Acle Straight at 2pm on Friday after a collision involving a grey Nissan Qashqai and a Volvo FH Heavy Tractor. The driver of the Nissan, a woman in her 40s, was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital with serious injuries. The road was closed in both directions[1] for several hours following the crash and remained shut to allow existing overnight roadworks to continue.
Police are now appealing for anyone who may have any dashcam footage of the incident or who witnessed the crash.
