Mini and lorry in motorway crash causes long delays Watford

Three of four M25 lanes anticlockwise between junctions 20 (Kings Langley) and 19 (Chandlers Cross) were closed after the smash at around 8.10am (October 21). This caused delays of around 90-minutes, according to Google Maps, until it was announced that the carriageway had fully reopened at 9.11am. Some residual delays remain as of 10am. Herts Police have confirmed at least one person suffered slight injuries. The East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for more information.

Herts Fire and Rescue Service were also called to the scene. It followed an earlier crash between junctions 16 and 17 clockwise, reported at around 7.30am. Three lanes were also closed following that crash, before National Highways confirmed they had reopened at 8.43am.
