M60 motorway queues amid ‘medical incident’

Traffic is queueing along the M60 amid a 'medical incident'.
Queues of cars have been building over the last hour amid a medical incident, according to traffic service Inrix.
The medical incident has taken place on the M60[1] heading anticlockwise from junction 18 M66 and junction 4 Simister Island, to junction 17 for A56 Bury New Road (Prestwich/Whitefield).

A lane of the motorway was closed, and has led to residual traffic.
The incident began just after 6pm.
