Four injured in crash between three cars and lorry near major motorway interchange

Emergency services were called to an area of the M40 between junction 1 and junction 1a for the M25 interchange at around 9.18am on Monday morning (October 20). Four vehicles had been involved in a crash including three cars and a heavy goods vehicle. No one was trapped and everyone had exited their vehicles when firefighters arrived at the scene.
READ MORE: Flooding and damage possible as Met Office issues wind and rain warnings[1] They provided 'immediate emergency care' to three males and one female who had been injured. They were then passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Firefighters from Gerrards Cross, Ruislip and Hillingdon attended as well as National Highways and officers from Thames Valley Police.
