M2 lorry crash blocks roundabout near Medway

Drivers are facing hefty traffic and delays on the M2 near Medway[1] this morning (Tuesday, September 23) following a crash involving a lorry. The incident has taken place at the Junction 3 Taddington roundabout near Walderslade and was first reported at 9.40am. Lane one of three has been blocked as a result, causing hefty congestion to build on the approach.
Traffic cameras at the scene currently show drivers contending with lengthy queues at the roundabout. Officers from Kent Police[2] are currently in attendance. Kent County Council's[3] (KCC) Highways department has urged road users to "approach with caution" while the lane closure persists. It is not yet known if any injuries have been reported following the collision. KentLive[4] has approached the emergency services for further information.
