Dumper truck driven into Telford house in ‘deliberate act’

A dumper truck has been driven into a house in Telford, in what police suspect was a deliberate act.

The vehicle was stolen from a construction site on Main Road in Ketley Bank on Sunday lunchtime, before being driven into the house on nearby Mullinder Drive just minutes later.

Police and fire crews were called along with structural engineers.

No-one was hurt, and West Mercia Police appealed for witnesses to come forward.
