Delays on major road due to crash between car and lorry

Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the major road at Thurton, near Loddon, just after 2.30pm on Monday. A lorry and a car had been involved in a collision. The road was blocked and eyewitnesses reported standstill traffic in both directions for several hours. 

The extent of any injuries remains unknown but the East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
