Road closed ‘for some time’ in Peterborough after lorry crash

A road would be closed "for some time" after a crash between a van and a lorry, police said.

Officers were called to Nene Parkway near Orton Longueville in Peterborough at 08:45 BST.

Emergency services were at the scene and the road was closed.

A Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson said: "The road is likely to be closed for some time.

Please avoid the area while emergency services are dealing."
