This 21-year-old man was injured in a three-vehicle road traffic collision on that date. "He was travelling southbound when a vehicle on the northbound struck his vehicle. He suffered significant injuries."
Coroner Brown added: "Police are investigating this matter and have asked for a small suspension pending their investigation. We will do a review in four months." A second man suffered injuries that were described as life-threatening.
A man, 57, who was driving the HGV was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and causing injury by careless driving.
He has been released on police bail.
