Rotherhithe and Limehouse Link tunnels shut amid ‘police incident’

On the Tube, at 7.12am, the Bakerloo line was reporting severe delays between Queen's Park and Elephant & Castle, with minor delays on the rest of the line.

There were also sevre delays on the district line between Earl's Court and Ealing Broadway/Richmond.
