Man injured after truck he was driving crashes into house in Co Roscommon

Yesterday at 14:20A man has been injured after the truck he was driving crashed into a house in Co Roscommon.
The incident occurred at Grange More in Boyle and it is understood that the cab of the truck was wedged on the living room and the driver was cut out.
A woman who was upstairs in the house at the time of the crash was miraculously uninjured.

The house is badly damaged and a major emergency has been declared. No fatalities have been reported.
Two ambulances are enroute to Sligo University Hospital and the air ambulance has also been reportedly tasked to the scene.

In a statement this afternoon, a garda spokesperson said: "Garda? and emergency services are at the scene of a road traffic incident at Grange More, Boyle, Co Roscommon which occurred this morning, 4th June, 2025.
"As this incident is ongoing, no further information is available at this time."
