M5 traffic live: Vehicle fire closes motorway in Somerset
The M5 in Somerset is closed due to a vehicle fire. The incident is located near junction 22, for Burnham-on-Sea[1], on the southbound carriageway. National Highways reported that all three lanes of the M5 are closed, forcing traffic off the motorway.
A camera appeared to show smoke coming from the fire, although the fire is not visible. Traffic[2] is expected to return to normal conditions later this afternoon. We will keep you updated with our live blog below.
