Live: M32 traffic stopped with loose horse on the motorway

Traffic has been stopped on the M32 in Bristol because a horse is on the road. There are delays in both directions at the junction with the M4. National Highways traffic maps show queues forming on the motorway.
Highways has also confirmed the loose animal is a horse. Traffic monitor Inrix reports: "All traffic being temporarily held and queueing traffic due to animals on road on M32 in both directions at M4 J19 (Bristol)." We will keep you updated with our live blog below.
