A82 restricted near Laggan following crash involving coach and lorry

A crash involving a timber lorry and a coach has restricted access for motorists on the A82 road in both directions south of Laggan. The incident occurred at around 4.30pm on Wednesday, at the northernmost point of Loch Lochy. A coach and a lorry were involved.

It is unknown if there are any injuries. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they sent three appliances before leaving an hour later. Police and ambulance are also on the scene.

The A82 road[1] has been restricted in both directions, with queues of traffic on either side of the closure. Motorists are advised to use caution on approach and should be aware of possible delays to journey times. Police have been contacted for comment.
