Two people in their 70s suffer ‘serious injuries’ after crash between car and lorry

Police were called to a two-vehicle collision outside Hornsea Villas, B1057, Stebbing, that occurred shortly before 11.15am on Monday, April 28. A grey BMW Sport Touring was in collision with a white lorry that was stationary. The driver and passenger of the BMW (a man and woman, both 70s) sustained serious injuries and were taken to hospital.

No other person was injured. The road was closed whilst emergency services dealt. An Essex Police spokesman said: "If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
