Police called to lorry and car crash at busy tunnel
Police are at the scene of a crash involving a lorry and car near a busy tunnel. The collision, which happened at around 3.30pm, is causing delays at Medway Tunnel.

One lane of the Strood[1]-bound slip into into the tunnel has been closed as a result and emergency services are at the scene. A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called to a collision involving a lorry and a car on the Strood-bound carriageway on the Medway Tunnel in Chatham.
"Officers are currently at the scene where no injuries have been reported. "The carriageway towards Strood is currently closed whilst the car is being recovered." Traffic is reported to be building at St George's Roundabout near Chatham Maritime and in Dock Road.
Motorists have been advised to find an alternative route.
