Culina Group Implements Jaama’s Key2 Fleet Management Software

Culina Group has selected Jaama's Key2 system to centralise and streamline the management of its extensive fleet, comprising nearly 17,000 assets. The system will replace multiple legacy platforms, consolidating fleet data into a single, efficient platform. Jaama's Key2 will be deployed across Culina Group's UK fleet, which includes 4,000 trucks, 8,000 trailers, 500 vans, 300 cars, and 4,000 pieces of mechanical handling equipment.

The software will enhance operational oversight, compliance, and safety management across 24 key areas of the fleet.

A Strategic Choice for Growth

David Meir, Managing Director of Culina Asset Management, highlighted the need for a robust software solution, stating:

"With the business experiencing substantial growth over the past decade, our fleet has expanded to nearly 17,000 assets. We've been searching for a robust software solution capable of meeting our current and future needs, and Jaama's Key2 platform has proven to be the ideal choice. Key2's ability to handle the complexities of managing a large HGV fleet and in-house workshops made it a clear frontrunner.

We're looking forward to working with Jaama as a strategic partner in driving the efficiency of our operations."

Key2 will support the management of Culina Group's fleet, its driver population, 14 nationwide workshops, and over 100 technicians. More than 1,200 employees will utilise the platform to optimise fleet operations.

Supporting One of the UK's Largest Fleets

Jaama's CEO, Andrew Holgate, expressed confidence in the partnership:

"Culina Group operates one of the largest fleets in the UK, and we are proud to support them with a system that will provide comprehensive oversight of their assets, drivers, and workshops. We're confident Key2 will deliver the operational enhancements they need to maintain their leadership in the logistics sector."

Culina Group has expanded significantly in recent years through strategic acquisitions, including Fowler Welch, Eddie Stobart, and GreenWhiteStar Acquisitions.

These developments have strengthened its presence across the retail, manufacturing, and food service sectors.

As part of the Muller Group, Culina Group is now one of the largest logistics providers in the UK and Ireland.
