RCM SAGA expands its UK presence in the UK with the strategic acquisition of Motus Truck & Van

RCM SAGA, Mercedes-Benz European partners with 55 years of experience in the commercial vehicle and automotive sectors, today announced the acquisition of Motus Truck & Van, the Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van division of Motus Group (UK). SAGA Truck & Van UK locations Earlier this year, SAGA Truck & Van successfully entered the UK market with the acquisition of Sparshatt Truck and Van in Kent.

The acquisition of Motus Truck & Van is synonymous with strategic growth, with SAGA becoming one of the largest partners of Mercedes-Benz Vans, Mercedes-Benz Trucks and FUSO.  This poses a significant challenge while positioning SAGA to drive essential changes and modernise its truck and van operations. Together, they represent a potential of 1,200 trucks and 2,000 van sales in the UK, with 600 employees and a revenue of 350 million Euros. The acquisition was shared with Motus Truck & Van employees during a speech by Philippe Canetti, European Director of SAGA Trucks.
