M6, M53 and M57 motorway closures starting on November 18

Several motorways in Merseyside will be partially closed. The motorways will see closures as part of National Highways’ repair programme on the region’s roads.
This week, the M6, M53 and M57[1] will be impacted according to the National Highways journey planning tool.
Work is due to start on Monday, November 18 and will impact the motorways for several days.
The motorways running through Merseyside include the M6 between J20 to 26, the M53 between J1 to 10, the M56 between J15 to 11, M57 between J1 to 7, the M58 between M57 (J7) to J3 and the M62 between J4 to 7.
Here are the motorway closures you can expect in this week.
This list is subject to changes from National Highways.

Monday, November 18
The M6 southbound between junctions J20 and J19 will be closed between 9pm and 5am from November 17 to November 19.
The M53 northbound between junctions J10 and J7 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 6am and November 19.
The M57 southbound between junctions J4 and J2 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 5am on November 19.
The M57 southbound between junctions J4 and J2 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 5am on November 19.
The M57 northbound between junctions J2 and J4 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 5am on November 19.
The junction of the M57 J7 and the M58 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 6am on November 19.
Tuesday, November 19
The M6 southbound between junctions J20 and J19 will be closed between 9pm and 5am from November 17 to November 19.
The M53 northbound between junctions J10 and J7 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 6am and November 19.
The M57 southbound between junctions J4 and J2 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 5am on November 19.
The M57 southbound between junctions J4 and J2 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 5am on November 19.
The M57 northbound between junctions J2 and J4 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 5am on November 19.
The junction of the M57 J7 and the M58 will be closed from 9pm on November 18 to 6am on November 19.
Wednesday, November 20
No motorway closures.
Thursday, November 21
No motorway closures.
Friday, November 22
No motorway closures.
