Zeus marks fourth anniversary with landmark growth results
Freight management specialist Zeus has celebrated its fourth year with another notable financial results. Having exclusively licensed its Freight product offering to Wincanton in the UK and Ireland, Zeus anticipates 100% and 170% market growth across its two core products, Connect and Command, respectively, by the end of 2024, marking a second consecutive year of impressive growth. Now in its fourth year, Zeus provides freight management solutions to over 60 major enterprise customers, including P&G, Whirlpool, Decathlon, St Pierre, and Wickes, in 13 countries across Europe.
It moves approximately 250,000 tonnes of cargo annually, worth circa GBP800 million. As the first logistics tech company in Europe to embrace AI-driven freight management solutions, Zeus is spearheading a shift in the industry after recently integrating AI capabilities into its Zeus Command product, which is set to achieve an impressive 170% growth in revenue generation since 2023 and further international expansion into the dynamic and burgeoning Indian market. Currently in its pilot stage with several customers, Zeus Command AI enables companies to streamline their supply chains by hyper-automating tasks and efficiently addressing operational management and execution challenges in real time.
Zeus’ second product offering, Zeus Connect, is a sustainable freight transport solution proven to deliver up to an 84% reduction in carbon emissions. It uses Zeus’ proprietary technology to measure, monitor, and slash empty miles, providing green HGVs, electric-powered rail freight, and emissions reporting backed by GLEC (Global Logistics Emissions Council). Co-founder and joint MD, Jai Kanwar, says: “Four years on since Zeus’ inception, we are celebrating what can only be described as our most momentous year yet – a milestone that has taken us from an angel-funded start-up into a leading scale-up in freight management.
“With an impressive growth forecast across our two core offerings and a successful pilot of Zeus Command AI underway for a number of clients, we are perfectly positioned to expand our innovative, sustainable solutions into new international markets across Europe and fast-growth regions such as India and beyond.”
Zeus has marked this anniversary period through its Co-Founders’ Jai Kanwar and Clemente Theotokis’ inclusion in the Forbes 30 under 30 EU listing for Manufacturing and Industry, an international honours list of the best and brightest young entrepreneurs making a significant difference into their chosen industries.
