Pedestrians and cars were soaked with poo after a sewage pipe exploded near a motorway.
Stomach-churning CCTV footage shows the ‘poo-cano’ of browny orange waste showering the road.
A pipe ruptured on a section of road undergoing work at around 11am on Tuesday September 24.
The footage shows how the human waste thundered more than 33 ft into the air like a geyser.
Vehicles are shown driving on the busy road when the ‘poo-cano’ erupted, sending a huge brown cloud into the sky in Nanning, in the southern Guangxi region of China[2].

Cars were driving on a busy highway in the city of Nanning in southern China, when the ‘poo-cano’ suddenly erupted, sending a huge cloud of brown dust into the sky
Dashcam footage shows how windscreens were pelted with globules of poo as it rained down all around.
Unsuspecting pedestrians were also splattered from head to toe with human waste as they strolled along the avenue.
One driver reportedly complained: ‘I’m drenched in poo, my car is splattered yellow.
It’s ruined.’
The blast was so powerful that a digger was flipped at the roadworks site where the eruption occurred.
Local authorities confirmed that no one was injured by the explosion.
Officials are investigating the cause of the incident, which reportedly happened as a pressure test was being conducted during the laying of the sewage pipes

However, several vehicles sustained damage from the sudden explosion out of the ground.
The rupture reportedly happened as a pressure test was being conducted during the laying of the sewage pipes.
Officials were dispatched to the scene to carry out a large clean-up operation after the blast.
The local authorities are reportedly investigating its causes to prevent similar incidents in the future.
One local said: ‘You can almost smell this video.’
