Person taken to hospital after crash between lorry and tractor

A person was taken to hospital following a crash between a lorry and a tractor. Police were called to the incident in Duck Corner, Hollesley, just before 2pm. The ambulance and fire service were also at the scene.

There are reports of injuries to drivers of both vehicles, but they are not believed to be life-changing or threatening.

One person was taken to Ipswich Hospital. The Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, three land ambulances and two rapid response vehicles were called. The road has been closed between Woodbridge Road and Melton Road, near the water tower.

There are also reports of an oil spill, which Suffolk Highways was called to.

The incident is ongoing.
