NI traffic alerts: Delays expected after Co Down crash

The NI International Air Show 2024, organised by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, will welcome spectators to the seaside town of Portrush on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September for two days of aviation attractions and family fun.

To mark the return of the hugely popular event, it is moving to a new location along the coast, starting from Ballyreagh Golf Course to West Bay in Portrush, offering visitors panoramic views and a chance to get prime viewing of the attractions in the sky.

Lane closure: A2 Portstewart Road, Portrush In place on Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 6pm, to facilitate traffic control, along with traffic lights in operation to facilitate pedestrians crossing the carriageway during the event.

Heavy traffic is expected and motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journey.
