Live: Second A303 crash as cattle truck overturns

A cattle truck has overturned on the A303 which has resulted in all traffic being halted. The cattle truck, which was carrying more than 40 cows, overturned westbound on the A303 near the Southfields roundabout in Somerset. National Highways confirmed that Avon and Somerset Police are on the scene.

The incident is expected to clear in the early hours of the morning. It follows an accident on the A303 at the B3092 junction in Wiltshire[1]. It has left a slip road closed.
