Live: M4 traffic stopped after two-car crash leaves debris on motorway near Bristol
All traffic was stopped on the M4[1] after a crash near Bristol this afternoon, Wednesday, September 25. According to traffic monitoring[2] site Inrix, vehicles were stationary on the westbound carriageway as wreckage was cleared. The crash, which was first reported shortly after 5pm, involved two cars and left debris on the motorway.
It took place near junction 19 for the M32. Inrix said: “All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to accident, two cars involved and debris on road on M4 Westbound at J19 M32 (Bristol). Traffic now held around 17:25.”
