Dramatic footage shows lorry crashing on to holiday home
Dramatic footage of the moment a lorry overturns and spills tonnes of animal feed on to a holiday home in Cornwall has been shared online. The incident happened earlier this month and left the holiday home covered in animal feed and damaged from the spilt load. The 40-tonne articulated lorry was travelling through Port Quin in North Cornwall earlier this month, before it attempted a tight left-hand corner and crashed.
The clip shows the lorry begin to take the corner opposite the front door of the house, before the trailer flips towards the cottage, spilling tonnes of animal feed. The video clip shows the huge lorry driving down the winding road, attempting to make the turn. However, as the lorry begins to straighten out, the trailer carrying the animal feed tips, spilling the load over the cottage.
