SIX KILLED BY COPS IN FREEPORT

It's the largest police killing in record for the year. Police acting on information went to a house on Razack Trace Freeport hoping to corner a gang wanted in connection with a spate of home invasions in Central including the robbery of two pensioners on Otis Lane. The officers were met with gunfire and returned with full force.

Six persons, one woman and five men were shot and taken to the Couva Health Facility where they were pronounced dead on arrival.
