Second evening of dangerous driving on M11
For the second consecutive day, police have received a number of reports of dangerous driving on the M11. Yesterday, Tuesday July 23, they were alerted to several brightly coloured sports cars, believed to be Lamborghinis, coming to a complete stop on the northbound carriageway of the motorway, just before the junction 5 exit to Loughton. The road was very busy at the time and concerned motorists contacted police to report the incident.
This evening, Wednesday July 24, they were again alerted to similar behaviour from a number of cars, which had brought traffic to a stop.
Officers are working with National Highways collegues and making contact with a number of motorists to gain their accounts of what they witnessed, including any dashcam footage they have captured.
