Man in critical condition after M1 crash

A man in his 60s is in a critical condition in hospital following a collision on the M1 motorway.

The crash between a pedestrian and a lorry was reported shortly before 07:00 BST on Sunday.

The lorry was traveling west bound on the motorway.

Police have said that an investigation is under way and have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage of the incident to contact them

The M1 has fully reopened after earlier lane closures and diversions for both Lisburn-bound and Belfast-bound traffic.
