Part of the M27 has reopened following a serious collision on the busy Hampshire motorway. The Highways Agency has confirmed that the motorway had been been closed in both directions between junction 2 (Ower) and junction 3 (Totton), with emergency services on the scene including an air ambulance. But now the eastbound carriageway has reopened – through the westbound carriageway remains closed.

A casualty from the scene has been taken to hospital and diversions put in place from the westbound side.

More details as we get them.
