Police gobsmacked after driver who exceeded speed limit tells them shock detail

Police have revealed their ‘shock’ after pulling over a driver who was clocked speeding at 47mph in a 30mph zone. The blue Nissan Pixo was spotted by Central Motorway Police Group in the market town of Stone in Staffordshire[1]. The hatch-back vehicle was captured exceeding the speed limit by 17mph per hour.

A speed enforcement operation was carried out by the motorway police group targeting drivers. After pulling over the driver, officers discovered that the motorist also did not possess a valid license or insurance. The car was subsequently seized and a sticker was placed on the back window indicating this.
