National Highways’ 10 Dartford road closures for two weeks

Holdups could span between 10 and 30 minutes, posing moderate delays, especially for three major routes. National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in its schedule. Here is the full list of closures in Dartford over the next two weeks:

o A2, from 8pm May 22 to 6am May 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 westbound, Pepperhill to Darenth, slip road and lane closure for maintenance works. o A282, from 10pm May 22 to 5am May 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, junction 2 to junction 1A, Lane closure for urgent safety fence repairs. o M25, from 10pm May 22 to 5am May 23, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 2 to junction 3, Lane and link road closure for Camera maintenance, diversion via National Highways network. o A2, from 8pm May 23 to 6am May 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 eastbound, Darenth Interchange to Ebbsfleet, Slip closure for maintenance works. o A2, from 8pm May 28 to 6am May 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 eastbound, Bean to Ebbsfleet, slip road closure for construction works. o A282, from 10pm May 28 to 5.30am May 31, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 1A, Lane and slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways network. o A282, from 10pm May 30 to 6am June 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 31 to junction 2, Lane closures for joint replacement.

o A2, from 10pm June 1 to 5.30am June 3, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 Anticlockwise, junction 2, Lane, link road, slip road, and carriageway closures for resurfacing works, diversions via National Highways and local authority network. o A282, from 10pm June 1 to 5am June 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing West Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network. o A282, from 10pm June 2 to 5am June 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing East Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

o A2, from 8pm June 3 to 6am June 8, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 both directions Bean to Pepperhill, slip road and lane closures for survey works.

o A282, from 10pm June 3 to 5.30am June 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing East Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.
