Gardai have arrested a man (30s) in connection with a fatal crash involving two lorries in Monaghan last year that led to the death of a father-of-two.

Evaldas (Eddie) Starkauskas (45) was fatally injured following the crash that occurred on Monday, November 6, 2023 on the R188 (in between Cootehill and Rockcorry) in County Monaghan.
