Driver ‘advised to go to hospital’ after car and lorry crash on M25

Police were called to a crash that closed the entry slip of the M25 in Dartford[1] earlier today. The crash happened today (April 30) at around 7:48am and involved a car and a lorry on the A2 near Darenth. According to AA Maps, the M25[2] anticlockwise entry ramp at junction J1a was closed as a result of the crash.

The driver of the car was advised by police[3] to go to hospital for medical treatment following the incident and no other injuries were reported. A spokesperson for Kent[4] Police said: “Kent Police was called at 7.48am on Tuesday 30 April 2024 to a report of a collision involving a car and a lorry on the A2 near Darenth. “Officers attended and the driver of the car was advised to go to hospital for a check-up.

“Officers were away from the scene by 8.40am.”
