M4: Person dies in car and lorry crash
A person died following a crash between a car and a lorry on the M4. Emergency services were called to the collision between junction 18 for Bath and junction 19 for Bristol at around 1pm this afternoon (March 26). The motorway was closed in both directions as police and paramedics responded to the crash.

If you can help, please call 101[3] and give the call handler the reference number 5224077629, or complete our online appeals form[4].”
