Suspect arrested for ‘drink driving ‘ on M62
North West Motorway Police have arrested a man following the incident on the M62 near junction six in the early hours of Boxing Day.
A man was breathalysed at the scene and was allegedly more than three times over the limit.

Police say there was 110 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of his breath, with the limit being 35 micrograms.
The crash happened while there was a 12-year-old child in the vehicle.
In a statement, NW Motorway Police said: “Remember if you were drinking yesterday and last night do not go out driving today, we have already had an arrest this morning, driver blown 110 now en route to custody.”
They added; “This is the vehicle that crashed on M62 junction six, driver blew 110 at roadside, driving with 12-year-old child in vehicle, unforgivable, male now in custody.”
A man is now in police custody.
