M5 traffic live: Crash brings motorway to standstill in Gloucestershire

Drivers are facing long delays on the M5 in Gloucestershire this evening (Thursday, November 30) following a crash. According to roads traffic monitoring service, Inrix, two-vehicles are involved in the collision near junction 11.
The northbound side of the motorway was shut at one point. Inrix reported: "All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to accident, two vehicles involved on M5 Northbound at J11 A40 (Gloucester / Golden Valley Bypass). Congestion to J11A (Gloucester / Brockworth Bypass). Camera shows traffic has stopped around 18:20."
Traffic was stopped for around 20 minutes. Gloucestershire Live will be bringing you all of the latest on this incident.
