M5 Bristol traffic live after crash sparks delays

There are reports of delays on the M5 in Bristol^[1] this morning (November 9) following a crash and a broken down vehicle. According to roads traffic monitoring^[2] service, Inrix, there is slow traffic on the southbound side of the motorway at junction 16 following a collision.

It's believed the crash has been cleared but delays remain in the area. There are also delays at junction 15 after a broken down vehicle sparked a lane closure on the southbound entry slip.

Additionally, there are reports of very slow traffic on the M4 and M48 eastbound heading towards the city. Bristol Live will be bringing you all of the latest travel news.
