Drivers warned of long delays after motorway collision shuts lane

LONG delays remain on the M62 tonight after a crash closed a lane.

The collision happened on the westbound stretch of the motorway between junction 23, for Huddersfield, and junction 22, for Rishworth Moor.

According to traffic monitoring site Inrix, lane three of three was shut.

It has now been reopened but long delays remain, with congestion to after junction 24, for Ainley Top.
